The Satisfaction Sheet must be signed by someone who will take full responsibility to check our work at the end of the clean before the team leave site as once the Satisfaction Sheet has been signed this will agree that the work has been completed to the customers’ satisfaction. Any damage / loss etc must be reported to the office within 24 hours.
Cleaning list to be supplied by customer - listing jobs in order of priority down to time permitting.
Clear and safe access must be provided to all areas to be cleaned.
Parking to be available on site or close by. Any car parking charges to be paid by customer.
Our arrival time will be no earlier than 8am not later than 4pm. We will endeavour to work to the time allocated.
Hot water and electricity must be available for the duration of the clean.
We cannoy clean wool carpets due to the possibility clean.
We do not guarantee that all areas will be cleaned and all marks removed. We will endeavour to remove as much as we can in the time booked. Please allow sufficient time when booking.
Details of the property address and location of any keys are provided as requested.
Cancellations - any cancellations can be made or rescheduled providing a minimum of 48 hours' notice is given.
